Kenneth H. Johnson

Mr. Johnson is the CEO & General Counsel of The Epiphany Group. He has over twenty-five years of diversified experience which includes business strategy and operations, revenue generation, project planning, execution and management, as well as risk and litigation management. Besides his significant healthcare industry experience, he has served as a trusted business advisor, strategist and consulting professional services provider within the banking, financial services, technology, transportation and logistics, and private equity industries. Moreover, Ken has experience with Fortune 500, middle market and early-stage companies.

Mr. Johnson has previously held leadership positions within the consulting arms of IBM, PwC and CSC.  Ken earned his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business, as well as his J.D, from the John Marshall Law School. In addition, Ken has served on numerous Advisory Boards, including Virtus Insurance and Agile Edge Health.
